Postage will be fully paid by the customer unless Free Shipping is offered by us. Payment has to be fully paid before we post out your order.
We will usually do a next day delivery.
For example: if you pay full amount for your order by Monday, we will post your order on Tuesday.
For example: if you pay full amount for your order by Friday, we will post your order on Monday.
We will inform you beforehand if we cannot do a next day delivery.
Using the postage calculator by AusPOST, we charge the following:
1) $5.50 for Regular parcel delivery (for order less than 250 grams)
2) $6.60 for Regular parcel delivery (for order between 250 and 500 grams)
3) $9.20 for Express post delivery (for order below 500 grams)
Rest assured, we will advise you on the postage fees accordingly when we have received your order so that you can decide on the postage option that suits you best.

By Collection
If you are in Perth Metropolitan area, you can make an appointment with us and choose to collect your items on weekdays (before 5pm) at Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre or at the University of Western Australia. There is a $1 surcharge for this collection and payment has to be made fully before collecting your order.
